Can the client choose a French-Canadian accent?

You as the administrator can choose from a selection of voices used across all events e.g. American and Hispanic. Students can then choose out of that selection on the upload page. This means the student has control over what accent their name is read in, but you have ultimate control over the options.   

If you choose only one option, then all names will be read in that voice.  If you choose multiple options, the students will have the choice.  If a student does not make a selection from the various options, the voice that you selected first will be the default.
