Can I add an extra participant to an event after other participants have been invited?

The following information pertains to Virtual or Hybrid ceremonies only.

Yes, you can. Click the ‘Add Student’ button on the ‘Students’ tab of your event and you’ll be asked to add the information for that student. An invite email will be sent to that student within five minutes of being added to the ceremony.
