My participant list has middle names and suffixes. How do I include those?

Middle names and suffixes must be combined with the first and last name columns on your participant list. We recommend combining your middle names with the first names and suffixes with the last name. Please see below from an example CSV Student List with a middle name and suffix included for students. The red color for the names is added only for emphasis in the example.
