Downloading Clips from Producer

You can download an MP4 file of any or all clips from your Producer account.  To do this, log in to your Producer account and navigate to the Publish tab within your event.

Downloading a Single Clip

To download a single clip, type the name of the graduate in the search bar at the upper left side of the page to find the clip.  Next, click the three dots to the far right side of the page and select, Download.

Downloading all Clips

You can download all clips from a single event into a zip file by following the steps below:

1. Click the Download button on the upper right side of the Publish page

2. Click the Regenerate clip ZIP button.  The button will turn white and the text will change to say "Zip file generating."  This will take a few moments, depending on how many clips are in your event.  When the zip file is complete, the button will turn back to green, and the Download with assets button will reappear.

3. Click the Download with assets button.  This will download a zip folder to your device.  The folder will contain all clips, as well as an excel file which you can reference to identify student each clip belongs to.
