How to Convert an Excel Document to CSV

StageClip Producer only accepts participant lists in CSV format. If your list is in a format such as XLSX or XLS, it is easy to convert this file to a CSV. This process is for machines running Windows. The process will be similar but not exactly the same for Apple Mac.

  1. Open the file in Microsoft Excel
  2. Click File
  3. Then Save As
  4. On the dropdown of file types, select CSV UTF-8 (Comma delimited) (*.csv)
  5. Then click Save
