Our ceremony has just Premiered and I realise there’s a wrong speech in there. How can I take this down and change my future ceremonies which have the same issue?

You can delete videos from your YouTube account by navigating to https://studio.youtube.com and clicking the ‘three-dot’ icon next to the video you want to delete, then click ‘Delete forever’.

Once you have done this, since the event is in the past you will need to raise a support ticket through Producer or contact your dedicated customer service rep and let us know what event needs unlocked so you can make the changes you want.

If you have other events in the future that need changing, and they are more than 48 hours away from taking place, you can make changes to those events and re-upload the video to YouTube yourself. First, delete the video for the event from YouTube as outlined above. After you have made your changes to the ceremony in Producer, go to the Publishing tab of the event, click the ‘Unlock Event’ button and then publish your video to YouTube again.
