Submitting Live Event Ceremony Footage
In Producer you can either submit live event footage yourself or invite someone else to do it for you. Both options start from the same place in Producer, so first, log into your Producer account, select the correct ceremony or event, and navigate to the 'Ceremony footage' tab.
Upload footage yourself
If you have the footage on your computer or you have a link to the footage on YouTube (or similar) click 'Upload Video'. The following screen has two options: upload directly from your computer or from a URL.
- To upload from your computer click the 'click to upload' button and browse for your file.
- To upload from a URL simply paste the link into the box provided and click 'Upload'. NOTE: Please check the format of your link to make sure we support it.
In both instances you'll see a progress bar to let you know when the upload is complete.
Invite someone to upload footage for you
To invite another member of your team to submit ceremony footage on your behalf, click on 'Invite AV User' in the upper right hand side of the 'Ceremony footage' tab.
Enter the email address of the AV User and then click 'Send Invite'. They will be sent an email inviting them to upload footage. NOTE: AV users can submit ceremony footage, but cannot access other areas of your Producer account, such as the Students or Emails tabs.
