Reviewing and Editing Email Content

One of the benefits of the StageClip Producer platform is built-in notifications to your students about when their clip is ready to view and share. If you're doing a virtual or hybrid event with us, emails will also be sent to invite students to participate by uploading content.  These emails are pre-configured and loaded into the platform for your convenience.  If you would like to review and/or customize the content of these emails, you have the ability to do so by following the steps below.  Please note that this can be done only after you have completed your Email Settings and chosen your sending domain.

1. From within your event, navigate to the Emails tab and click on the email title that you would like to review and/or edit

2. The email preview will open in a pop up window.  Scroll down within the window to view the entire email.  If you are happy with the content, you can click the Close button at the bottom right of the pop up window.

3. If you would like to edit the email, select the Edit Template tab at the top of the pop up window.  You may now make changes to the text.  Please note that values within curly brackets cannot be changed as they contain merge fields with data from your event, such as the ceremony date/time, or the participant's name. 

4. When you are finished making updates, click the Save button at the bottom of the pop up window.
