StageClip Producer – Live Event Recommended Timeline

Below is the recommended timeline for your Live (in-person) Celebration using the StageClip Producer platform.

Please note that except where indicated, these are recommendations only. You as the administrator have full control over the timeline.

60-35 days before

Setup your StageClip Producer account using the email you’ll receive from StageClip
Upload Logo and Brand colors
Setup ceremony dates and times
Have your IT Department Whitelist StageClip emails (or set up sending emails from your domain)

28-7 days before

Create your survey (if applicable) and assign to your ceremonies
Upload your participant lists
- If your event is on the retail model, where students purchase their own clips, the participant list should be submitted as early as possible.
Make any necessary edits/revisions to the email template
Create your Individual Clip Template

0-1 days after

Upload your ceremony footage
- Once your ceremony has been uploaded (and the above steps have been complete) your clips will begin to generate. This takes about 48 hours.

1-2 days after

After your clips have been generated, they will be published per the choice chosen at event setup (as soon as clips are ready, a specific date / time, or 48 hours after clips have been created).
Emails will be sent automatically upon publication unless they've been manually deactivated, or fake emails have been uploaded.
If you would like to be notified when your events have been published - this can be set up on the event

15-30 days after your event

Download your survey results (if applicable)
- These can be found in the survey section of each event or on the survey page under analytics.
Download your metrics report from the analytics tab
